Аннотация

Storybooks play a pivotal role in fostering the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This article explores the impact of storybooks on language acquisition, imagination, empathy, and moral understanding. The types of storybooks, including picture books, fables, and interactive narratives, are examined alongside their contributions to early childhood education. Special attention is given to the role of diverse cultural representation and age-appropriate content in shaping children's worldviews. The article highlights how modern technologies, such as e-books and audiobooks, complement traditional printed storybooks in enriching the storytelling experience.
