Аннотация

This paper presents the design, development, and impact of a mobile platform specifically tailored for online courses and learning materials. With the rapid growth of mobile internet access and e-learning, this platform aims to bridge the gap between learners and quality education by offering a user-friendly, interactive, and accessible environment. Key features include adaptive learning paths, offline access, gamification elements, and integration with artificial intelligence (AI) to personalize content delivery. The platform's scalability, cross-platform compatibility, and focus on inclusivity make it a promising tool for modern education. This study evaluates the platform’s effectiveness through user feedback and performance metrics, highlighting its potential to revolutionize mobile-based learning.
