Аннотация

The production of ethyl alcohol, also known as ethanol, has become a significant aspect of modern energy systems due to its application as a renewable fuel and a key component in the chemical industry. The engineering and technology of engines designed for the production of ethyl alcohol involve a combination of biological, mechanical, and chemical processes aimed at optimizing efficiency and minimizing environmental impacts. This paper explores the role of internal combustion engines (ICE) and bioreactors in the fermentation process, focusing on advancements in engine design, fuel efficiency, and the integration of ethanol as an alternative fuel. Additionally, the study examines the challenges associated with the production of ethanol, such as energy consumption, feedstock availability, and carbon emissions. The paper also looks at innovations in engine technology, including dual-fuel engines and integrated fermentation systems that allow for higher yields and sustainability. Finally, it discusses the potential for future improvements and the global shift towards cleaner, renewable energy sources.
