TEACHING JAPANESE LANGUAGE AT TURKMENISTAN'S OGUZ HAN ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY: MODERN METHODOLOGIES

This paper examines the implementation of Japanese language education at Turkmenistan's Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University (TITU), focusing on contemporary teaching methodologies. Established in 2016, TITU has integrated Japanese language courses to enhance students' linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding, thereby strengthening Turkmen-Japanese relations. The study explores the curriculum design, pedagogical approaches, and the role of the "Additional and Continuous Education" center in promoting language acquisition. Emphasis is placed on interactive learning, technological integration, and cultural immersion as key components of the program. The findings suggest that TITU's adoption of modern methodologies fosters effective Japanese language learning, preparing students for global engagement.
