Шунингдек мақолада жаҳон мамлакатларининг инсон капитали ва ундан фойдаланиш даражаси турли халқаро индекстлар орқали баҳоланиши тадқиқ этилган. Ушбу индексларда илмий-техника салоҳияти юқори, фан ва илмий тадқиқотларда, инсон капиталига киритилаётган инвестициялар ва харажатлар натижадорлиги кўрсаткичлари юқори бўлган мамлакатлар етакчи мавқега эга. Инсон ресурсларидан фойдаланиш самарадорлигини баҳолашда асосий глобал кўрсаткичлардан ҳисобланади.
