Шунингдек мақолада ўзини ўзи банд қилиш тизими, заиф бандликни унумли бандлик хусусиятларидан келиб чиққан ҳолда такомиллаштиришнинг назарий ва амалий жиҳатларига таянган ҳолда ўрганилган. Бунда ўзини ўзи банд қилиш фаолият турлари, таркиби, ўзига хос хусусиятлари ҳамда уларни тартибга солишда миллий ва халқаро меъёрлар, амалдаги механизмдан самарали фойдаланишда ҳуқуқий, ташкилий ва иқтисодий имкониятлар, тизимни такомиллаштиришда халқаро тажрибаларнинг ўзига хос жиҳатлари ўрганилган. Шунингдек, мақолада қишлоқ ва шаҳар ҳудудларида ўзини ўзи банд қилиш тизимини ривожлантириш, бунда аҳоли ўзини ўзи банд қилиш кўрсаткичларини янада оширишга салбий таъсир этувчи омилларни юмшатиш ва бартараф этиш, ушбу бандлик тури асосида аҳоли даромадларини оширишга қаратилган ислоҳотлар, чора-тадбирлар ва назарий-илмий асослар муҳокама қилинган.
